Bad wok and horrible Customer Service

I have had this wok for about a year and the protective coating is coming off. I have followed the instructions for use and for wash / care so this should not be happening.
What is worse though is Paderno seems to brag about not needing to register your product for a lifetime warranty BUT need a receipt for them to accept the warranty. I would rather just register it once scan the receipt and not have to keep it for a lifetime. No one keeps receipts that long and even if they did, they fade - it is scummy. Either accept that this is clearly your product as it is branded OR allow product registration.

Very bad wok

3 months of use, with precaution and attention and the protective coating is already starting to disappear and show carcinogenic layer. High promise and brand but very bad material.

Traditional-style wok with modern induction material.

We love this wok. Thick bottom material, so heat is evenly distributed. Large, so can prepare traditional stir-fry's by pushing cooked food up the sides. Washes easily because the heat is evenly distributed. Two handles make easy handling.

Heavy and non sticky is good and food doesnt get burnt so easily. Should have one.
