Non-Stick Cooling and Baking Rack

I'd like to preface by saying that I have generally found Paderno products to be of good quality for the price.

The baking rack started off great. It doesn't warp, it is effectively non-stick and very easy to clean with a cloth and soapy water. However, after several uses, the coating began to flake off, despite using in oven temps under 450°F, cleaning with a non-abrasice cloth, and never putting it in the dishwasher. I thought the coating flakes were coming off while washing, until I found bits of silvery grill coating all over the sausages I made for dinner. For this reason, I'll have to discontinue use.

I'm disappointed and hope I can find a different brand of baking rack to fit the Paderno aluminum baking sheet I had bought at the same time.

Sturdy and perfect for roasting on sheet pans. Fits all oversized sheet pans.

Very sturdy. The grid pattern stops even small items from slipping through the gaps. Awesome!

I have been using this rack for some time now and have noticed in the last few uses that everything now sticks to it. I assume the non-stick coating has worn off. I really like this for baking chicken as it allowed for even baking and no need to flip everything, but now everything gets stuck and I am not sure if I will keep using it.
