Not very happy....everything sticks to this pan. Have had better results with a cheap $30 pan

I love the size and thr it can go into the oven, however I’ve used it numerous times and struggle with everything sticking, even if I used butter or oil. Not sure if there was seasoning instructions? However I’ll probably stick with my nonstick Paderno skillets which I love.

Bought this pan on Boxing Day for $99. This pan is great! I love being able to use metal utensils with it, way better than traditional non stick for that alone. Reviews on here complaining about eggs sticking either arent using the right heat setting or not using sufficient oil/butter. With about a tablespoon of either I have had zero sticking issues with eggs. I am waiting for the pans to go on sale again and will definitely be picking up the 28cm pan.

Everything sticks to these pans. They are hard to clean and stain. I spent a lot of money on these pans, and don't believe the reviews that tell you otherwise. I wish I could return them.

I received this 28cm Paderno Canadian professional hybrid clad fry pan from Butterly Chickadvisor to try and I absolutely love it! It has raised stainless steel grid to get the perfect sear, has a durable stick resisting coating and a patterned grid that helps keep oil below the food. It is safe to use with metal utensils, which is great and is safe to use in the oven to a temperature of up to 500 F whooo hooo! It is great with my induction oven and is also compatible with electric, gas, ceramic and Halogen. I have been curious to try Paderno for a while now and it definitely didnt disappoint. I have made many dishes with this pan and everything came out perfect! I would recommend it to everyone, high in quality for sure!
